Pending amendment to Covenants:
Short-term Rental Use Prohibited

A majority of owners voted to prepare an amendment to the Declarations to prohibit the rental of a home, or any part of a home, for a period of less than 30 days, and pay for the associated legal expenses and other costs from Operating Funds.
The Board of Directors has retained an HOA attorney to provide guidance, advice, and administrative and legal service as required to write and help implement the amendment.  A vote by membership will be conducted to approve or disapprove the amendment at a later date.  A 2/3 majority of owners is required to vote in favor of the amendment for passage.  The official vote is expected to be conducted in the third quarter of 2024.
