Water-Wise Landscaping

The Colorado State Legislature encourages use of Water-Wise Landscaping.  Homeowners Associations must permit xeriscaping.  Our covenants already allow for desert-style landscaping, however HB23-178, The Water-Wise Landscaping Act, establishes new guidelines for HOAs and their Architectural Control Committees to approve landscaping design plans.
