We are a beautiful and quiet community in north Grand Junction, located just west of Bookcliff Country Club. 

Driving through the bricked entrance gates one passes large custom homes amid nicely manicured lawns and mature trees. 

The area was once referred to as Peach Hill, with views of the Book Cliffs to the north and Mt. Garfield and the Grand Mesa to the east.
